LSPR cannot accept responsibility for any use made of the information presented within its site. Visitors should additionally recognise that, although all information is correct at the time of publishing, LSPR reserves the right to alter programmes, trainers, schedules and venues without prior notification.

LSPR does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on its website. If you use any information found on this website, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that the information carries no warranty.

 

Booking and Payment

– Submission of the online booking form constitutes a legally binding contract

– Participants are liable for the full course fee upon booking

– Payment is required to secure and confirm a place

– Payment options: online via booking form or bank transfer

– Invoices available upon request

Cancellation and Refunds

– Cancellations made in writing to the Director of Training

– Full refund available if cancellation received four weeks prior to course start date

– No refunds for non-attendance due to circumstances beyond LSPR’s control

Postponement and Transfers

– Requests made in writing four weeks before the course start date

– Transfer fees: £400 for Diploma courses, £300 for Advanced and Certificated courses

– Only one transfer is permitted per booking

– Transfers valid only for the next available date of the same course

– Attendees are liable for any course fee increases during the transfer period

Visa Applications

– Delegates should apply for a standard visitor visa

– Refunds (minus administrative fee) are available if the correct visa application process followed

– No refunds for incorrect visa applications or insufficient documentation

Sponsored Delegates

– Sponsors are liable for full payment, including if the delegate leaves employment

– Payment is due no later than one week before the course start date

Course Materials and Copyright

– All materials remain the property of LSPR or its partners

– Reproduction, sale, or distribution of materials prohibited

LSPR’s Rights

– LSPR reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses

– LSPR is not liable for any costs incurred due to cancellation or postponement

Liability

– LSPR’s liability is limited to the course fee paid

– No liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses

– No liability for death or personal injury

Force Majeure

– LSPR not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control

Re-issuance of Certificates and Diplomas

– The administrative fee for the re-issuance of any certificate or diploma is £300 (three hundred pound)

Food Allergies (for in-person training)

– Participants responsible for informing LSPR of allergies

– LSPR is not responsible for adverse reactions to food or drinks provided

By submitting a booking form, participants agree to these terms and conditions, creating a legally binding contract.
